The liqueur we offer is a traditional and historic mountain digestive, created using an infusion of blueberry from the Modenese Apennines (produced by the I Rodi farm through organic cultivation), alcohol and sugar, without the addition of preservatives or dyes. At sight it has a dark blue color with purple hues, from which you can see the whole wild blueberries; it also ensures a heady, alcoholic and intense aroma with a sweet and fruity flavor.

It can be consumed during or at the end of a meal as a digestive, but its bottle and its bright and elegant color make it perfect also for gourmet and refined gifts; we recommend serving it cold, perhaps as an intense enrichment of cakes, ice cream or ricotta.
